Discover our modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse, perfect for your Salt Lake City getaway. Located just 10 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from top ski resorts, enjoy the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. With modern amenities, stunning views, and easy access to outdoor adventures, this is the ideal home for your next trip.

-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
This rental is located in a new, modern, quiet and safe neighborhood. There is also a community playground and small outdoor eating area located in the neighborhood.
