We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
To make your stay seamless, weâve put together a detailed digital guidebook with easy-to-follow instructions for everything in the houseâplus our favorite local cafes, restaurants, and hidden gems. Youâll also find recommendations for local activities and excursions, with details on how to book them. You'll receive the link after booking!
We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
This rental is located in a quiet cul-de-sac suburban neighborhood high up in the mountains.
LAYOUT-
All living spacesâincluding the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and family roomâare conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access and comfort.

Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee, relaxing in our cozy Adirondack chairs by the smokeless propane fire pit, as you take in the breathtaking mountain views.

Unwind in the inviting family room, featuring a 50-inch Smart TV equipped with popular streaming appsâjust log in with your own account to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The space also includes a full-sized pull-out couch, perfect for extra guests.
KITCHEN:
Cook with ease in our brand-new, fully stocked kitchen, equipped with modern appliances. Enjoy meals at the cozy breakfast nook (seats 4) or the dining table (seats 2)âperfect for intimate gatherings.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Our large primary bedroom offers a plush king size bed and a walk in closet.
Our secondary bedroom features a full size bed, book shelf and plenty of space to put all your clothes away.
The living room couch pulls out into a full sized bed.
You will need a car to get around, you can easily get an Uber or Lyft as well
Only 20 minutes from skiing/snowboarding at Snowbird and Alta, and direct access to Bell Canyon Gully. 20 Minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and 45 Minutes to Park City.
Things to note-
1. This property is professionally managed by Rockie Ridge Rentals to ensure a smooth and reliable stay.
2. Want to elevate your stay? Optional concierge services may be available upon request and subject to availability.
3. This is a 2 unit house. This listing is unit 2, the owners live in unit 1. They are completely separate from each other and have different entrances. The thermostat is located in the owners unit and will adjust it for you as needed.
4. Ski's are not included with the rental
5. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee upon request; availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by the host.
Rules:
1. Absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted inside or outside anywhere in the neighborhood, this area has a very high fire risk.
2. NO PETS allowed of any kind
3. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am, please be mindful of noise for the owners living upstairs.
4. Guest limit is 6 guests, and no parties are allowed.
5. Do not tamper with or remove any smoke alarms
6. Must be 21 to book
Fire-pit rules-
1. Do not throw anything into fire pit
2. Do not put anything flammable near the fire pit- this is a very dry, high fire risk area
4. Cover 30 minutes after turning off. Itâll melt the cover and you will be charged for the damage.
5. When youâre done using the fire pit- always turn it off: do so by revering how you turned it on- turn the main switch clockwise to the white dot at 12â o clock
