Location, location, location! This comfortable new two-bedroom unit (Apt #6) is part of a small (7 unit) apartment complex. It is fully decked out for your ski (or other) vacation! The location can't be beat- it is just off of I-215 and is only 2 minutes by car (1.1 miles) to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. If Little Cottonwood is your destination, you are only 5 miles from the mouth of the canyon. Park City is easily accessible by hopping on I-215. A parking space is available for your use. Don't have a car? The UTA ski bus to Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton) literally stops outside your door.

This apartment is recently renovated with beautiful finishes and a full kitchen. Much thought has gone into providing everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything is clean and new. This unit is located on the lower level, but don't let that scare you off- it is our largest and most comfortable layout. There is plenty of light and the ceilings are a very comfortable height. It doesn't feel like a basement apartment.
Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds will help you rest up for your next day's adventure. If you need a crib, the unit is stocked with a Graco Pack n' Play. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a TV setup with Roku for your entertainment, as does one of the bedrooms. There is high-speed Wifi included for your technology needs. If you would like to cook your own meals, we have a fully set-up kitchen for you with oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave as well as all the miscellaneous kitchen tools you will need. We have a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees and cocoa. If you prefer to eat out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby (Porcupine Pub and Grill is one of our favorites)!

Cable TV is not available, but each of the 55" TVs is setup with Roku Guest access which will allow you to sign into your personal streaming accounts (including Netflix, Amazon video, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc) and will automatically log you out the day you leave.

You will stay comfortable with a thermostat you control- air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. Staying a while and need to wash your clothes? We have you covered- this apartment has a full-sized washer and dryer for your use, as well as an ironing board with iron.

We even have a wall-mounted ski rack to conveniently store your skis and poles. If you need a secure place to lock things up, there is a safe as well.

We recognize that cleanliness is a concern at this time. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned between guests. We set up our bedding so that the entire duvet cover and coordinated pillowcases will be washed between every guest, in addition to sheets and towels, so that no surface is shared.

Great ski condo! Jessica was very friendly and responsive and the location was perfect for catching the ski bus to solitude and Brighton. The condo was clean and in great condition, and although it was on the lower level, there was enough light. The kitchen was decently stocked for cooking and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need — from a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect: quiet and safe, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. Shops, grocery stores, and restaurants were just a few minutes away, which made it super convenient for anything we needed during our stay.Jessica was truly exceptional — incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible. They went out of their way to accommodate our arrival and departure times and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Communication was fast and easy, and their kindness and hospitality really stood out.It’s rare to find a place that’s both this comfortable and this well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nice Two Bedroom Close to Eastern Range

Nice two bedroom garden apartment within 20 minutes to the easten range of Salt Lake City mountains. Access to hiking, biking trails cery close. Apartment was nice, clean and well furnished. Kitchen had pleenty of utensils, pots, pans, basic spices, etc. Communication with the propery manager was good. A good washer and dryer are provided in the unit. We enjoyed out stay.

Just Perfect

We wanted a location that was convenient to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. This was a perfect location and was just minutes from the entrance to Big Cottonwood. It was clean, nicely appointed, and easy. Last minute, we asked to check in early. We got an immediate “YES” to our request. I would definitely stay again.

Short Stay in Salt Lake

This is a great property. had everything we needed for a short stay. We were transiting back through SLC and having a quick 2 day ski whilst here. location was perfect for Snowbird and as we cooked and stayed home on all nights the place was really well suited. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

This apartment is in the perfect location. The ski bus stops literally right in front of the apartment, so it is an easy trip up to either Big Cottonwood, or Little Cottonwood canyon. The apartment has a well stocked kitchen and Whole Foods is just down the street, so it is super easy to stock up and not have to eat out every night. We loved it and will be staying here again in the future.

Great ski trip location

We stayed over the long Presidents’ Day weekend and enjoyed easy access to 4 different ski resorts - snowbasin, Brighton, dear valley and snowbird. It was perfect and plenty of room for our family of four. Also enjoyed easy parking and plenty of storage for ski gear.

Incredible location. The bus could not be more convenient. Skied Brighton, Alta, and Snowbird (x2) all by bus. Skied Deer Valley via Uber and spent the evening walking around Park City before Ubering back

We had a very enjoyable stay during a ladies ski trip. This place is sooooo convenient with the ski bus stop right out front. The place is recently remodeled, clean, and nice. Well stocked kitchen and we were able to cook and bake while staying there. Only real qualm is that it is the bottom apartment and doesn’t have great sound insulation so depending on who’s upstairs you may have an early morning.

Ski vacation

Jess’s place beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and well-stocked. Pillows and bed we’re super comfortable. The four of us stayed for three nights while skiing in Little Cottonwood Canyon. The location was perfect for the ski areas as well as all amenities i.e. grocery store etc.
