* Bedrooms 1-3 each feature a luxury king bed (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs). Floor to ceiling blackout curtains.
* Bedroom 4 has a twin bed. Floor to ceiling blackout curtains.
* Bedroom 5 has a twin bed with pop-up trundle that converts to a king bed. There is also a dedicated workspace with desk and plush office chair. Blackout roman shade.
-All bedrooms contain:
* Nightstands with lamps and charging ports for your devices.
* 42 inch smart Roku TVs in guest mode that automatically log you out of your streaming services upon check-out.
* Noise machines.
* Hangars, luggage racks and clothes hampers to help you stay organized.

*Bathroom 1 (upstairs) has a tub/shower combo.

* Black make-up removing cloths. White washcloths and white bath towels.
* Bidet toilet with heated seat and automatic lid open/close and automatic flush.

* Full fridge with cube and pebble ice in freezer. Brita filter in fridge.

* Coffee and tea bar with drip coffee maker and electric tea kettle.
* Regular and decaf coffee and tea and hot chocolate provided as well as cream and sugars.
* Fully stocked kitchen. Blender, Instant pot, toaster, pots, pans, baking and serving dishes. Knives, cutting boards, mixing bowls too.
* Basic spices, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
* Plenty of dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses and plastic dishes so you aren't constantly doing dishes.

--Guest Access
* Youâve got the place to yourself. Full use of house, yard, garage, all amenities are for your booking exclusively. There is 1 locked closet owner's supply closet inside and in the carport.
* You may see me pop by to take the garbage to the curb on Wednesday or bring it back in on Thursday. Hot tub maintenance and cleaning is typically on Tuesday but may vary.
--Host Interaction
I will not bother you during your stay but if there is anything I can do to make your visit more comfortable or enjoyable then shoot me a message through the app. I respond quickly.
I stive to provide a 5-star experience so if something isn't perfect, please let me fix it.
Please carefully READ THESE HOUSE RULES,
* Policies are strict.
* No smoking, vaping, illegal substance use in house. Strict $500 remediation penalty for violation.
* Respect quiet times of 10pm to 8am outside. (You can be outside but be mindful of noise level).
* No crazy parties. Just have fun within reason. Do not make me into the party pooper, please.
* I highly RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE that you can get at booking or privately to ensure youâre covered in case you have to cancel last minute due to an emergency. I cannot refund last-minute cancellations. If you reach out to get a refund for a last-minute cancellation, I will refer you to your travel insurance.
* This home is on a VERY BUSY ROAD with easy access to airport/downtown/freeways/canyons. Front and backyard are fully fenced. Plenty of off-street parking in carport and on driveway.
* No street parking allowed in front of house.
* Animal policy. Pets allowed with fee. No animals to be left alone in property unless kenneled. Please note restricted Animals. No exotic or dangerous animals, no dog or cat with any bite history, and no Pitbull, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Wolf or Wolf hybrid or any mix thereof are permitted on the property
These restrictions are per the insurance company and are outside of my control.
* Please treat my house with care and respect. If something is damaged, let me know. I'm very reasonable and I know accidents happen.
