*All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide ID before receiving check-in instructions. Cancellation policies apply.

1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.
3. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.
4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property.
5. The cleaning that you pay for is to pay for how you find the home. Please leave it as you found it when you first arrived (more or less). If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently after you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee, price depends how long it takes to clean up after you (we hire 3rd party cleaners to come clean). We don’t expect you to scrub the home but simply pick up your trash and leave it decent enough that your mom would be proud! (=
6. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and a fee will apply. We will let you know what time we can accommodate.
7. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $20/hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time.
8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. Please message us if you need extra items.
9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
11. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.
12. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
13. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance outside. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. The camera is on and recording.
14. Any unauthorized guests staying over will be charged an extra $100/night/guest
15. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
16. Please do not wash hair down the drain, no one likes clogged drains and we all know how problematic hair and drains can be, please treat it as your own home. Flush it down the toilet or throw it in the garbage bins provided.
17. Please do not lose the key fob or parking pass, if you do, there is a $300 charge to replace it.

Very bad. I do not recommend this property or host (CMH BNB LLC). We stayed here for two weeks and the entire experience was stressful. The biggest issue was the payment process. Even though Vrbo successfully charged my card, the host repeatedly claimed my card had insufficient funds or incorrect details. A few days before check-in, I received a threatening text saying my reservation would be canceled unless I paid again via PayPal, which felt very suspicious. Vrbo confirmed this was the host but did nothing to help. The issue continued after check-in, and my card was charged four times, including duplicate charges and separate fees for the apartment and garage.The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. The floor was sticky and the apartment smelled bad, the unit was very small, and the bed frame was broken, forcing my husband to sleep in the middle so it wouldn’t collapse. There were also wet, dirty towels left on the floor of the coat closet.Customer service was dismissive and focused on charging extra. For a long stay, basic cleaning supplies were not provided. Shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and when I reached out, I was told they “encourage guests to not waste,” which wasn't the story.We were there for work, but the internet has a VPN that blocks professional access, forcing us to work elsewhere. No apology or accommodation was offered. Instead, they focused on charging for late checkout.This property is run by CMH BNB. Avoid them at all costs.

I was very disappointed by this stay. The apartment was not clean - the sheets had clearly not been changed, as there were fresh stains and long hairs all over the pillows, fitted sheet, and flat sheet. I messaged the host about this right after checking in, and was told that someone would come to change the sheets the next day - meaning that I would have to spend the first of my two nights sleeping in a dirty bed. That would be bad enough, but to make things worse, the cleaner never came the next day, so I actually spent both nights in a dirty apartment paying more than I would have at a hotel. I think it's also important for people considering this stay to know that the building itself was safe and secure, but the surrounding area is not. I would not have felt safe walking alone. Overall, I really regret staying here and wasting my money.

Disappointing Experience Due to Cleanliness and Post-Stay ChargesWe were very disappointed with the condition of this property upon arrival. The home was not clean — including soiled, used sheets left on the bed — and several surfaces were visibly unsanitary. We contacted the host immediately and shared photos. She acknowledged the issue and said a cleaner would come the next day.In the meantime, we stripped the beds ourselves and purchased disinfecting wipes to make the space minimally usable for the night. The cleaner did arrive the next day but only addressed the areas we had documented, leaving other issues untouched.After our stay, we were charged 100 for a towel we had used in the kitchen (no dish towels were provided). The host claimed it was stained with blood, but it was used to clean up a green smoothie spill — a point we explained and supported with photos. Despite this, the charge remained.While the location was convenient, the lack of cleanliness, limited cleaning response, and unfair post-stay charge made this a frustrating experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. I recommend using the parking garage. The building requires a fab key to enter various areas which made us feel safe. The building is quiet and clean. The apartment was very nice. The full size kitchen is amazing. The park nearby is home to homeless people. We walked around during the day hours at the park and felt fine. The nearby Thai place Laan Nai Thai was delicious with generous portions. Plenty to do within walking distance. We would return! The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful.

Quiet, good-sized kitchen, and EV parking

We barely heard any neighbors at all the whole time. Nice, clean building. Big kitchen for the size of the apartment, which was great. We were pleased that the designated parking space in the garage (15 extra per, and yeah, you probably want that) had EV charging. My over complaint would be that the couch wasn't comfortable, but that's not the end of the world.
