We our local hosts and live in the nearby area but can be reached via the app !

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING.

2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 8 guests in or on the property at any time - violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You also agree to pay for the `additional guest fee` associated with your reservation if applicable (just because it can sleep up to 8 doesn’t mean it`s all included in the nightly rate).

3) Check-in: This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Airbnb through the house manual or check-in guide. You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the Airbnb platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.

4) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized as our housekeeper charges us in such a case. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.


5) Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am. It’s a family neighborhood.


6) If there are any signs of illegal drugs or smoking you will pay a minimum fee of $200 or more as decided by your host AND you will be required to vacate without refund.



7) Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. Host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration at least at a partial amount to the discretion of the host.

8)There is a minimum $50 LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE if you are at the property without proper authorization from the host. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking of the rules set forth.

9) The owners are very allergic to animal dander. Please be respectful of that. We also do not allow pets

Host was extremely responsive and communicated continuously as needed throughout the trip. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our family stay. Bedrooms were large and provided more than enough room for our family of 5. They even have a full crib & changing table for those who might need it. Location was in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to outside amenities. Would definitely stay again if I found myself in the Salt Lake area again.

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the property. It was very well equipped with anything that a guest might have needed. Especially so for families, including those with young children. We would stay here again without question. It's central location made getting around SLC a breeze. The hosts communication was also great and they were very responsive. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in SLC for a visit.

17th Girlfriend Vacation

We enjoyed Blue Ivy Oasis for its convenience, cleanliness and felt the home was well equipped for our needs. We loved having our own space in the 4 bedrooms. Also appreciated having a garage to pull into. The neighborhood was nice and relatively quiet. It was easy access to downtown Salt Lake City but also easy access to freeway that led us out of town. Tate the owner was very responsive and seemed to want to please and do whatever he could to make our stay pleasant
even asking afterwards for any suggestions to make future amenities better.We could easily recommend this comfortable home to stay in for vacation.

Space for Everyone

We stayed three nights to take Mom to her doctor appointments. The space was perfect! Home away from home! Mom has limited mobility so the ramp access to front door and bedroom and bathroom on main floor were perfect for her! All the rooms were modern, comfortable, and beautiful.

Outstanding!

Property was fantastic! Just what we needed as we toured Salt Lake area before heading to Southern Utah. Tate was fabulous to work with and making checkin and checkout easy. The best part we’re the beds, so comfortable ! Kitchen well appointed and the entire place was immaculate. We highly recommend this home to a family looking for a great vacation landing spot!!!
