Welcome to our stunning Art Deco Oasis in the heart of South Salt Lake City! This newly renovated masterpiece is more than just a house; it's an experience waiting to be discovered.

This is a beautiful, updated older home and some of the stairways are a little narrow and steep. Tall people may have to duck in the stairway. The room with the 1 twin bed is small but adequate for 1 person and the room with the twin and trundle bed is a tight fit when the trundle bed is in use. While the whole house is equipped with central air the loft area is equipped with additional heating and window air conditioner units. The swimming pool is cleaned between guests and sanitizer is automatically injected for safe levels but weather and nature may cause the pool to accumulate leaves, dirt and bugs. An additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee. Heating the pool to 80 degrees can be arranged for an additional fee Babies and children who are not potty-trained are not allowed in the pool or hot tub. The majority of our guests have no complaints and have a five star stay.

Loved this house!

I rented this property for my sister's bridal party to spend time together the week of her wedding. The house is so charming and the decor was awesome. We loved having a pool! Communicating with the host was so fast and easy. Thank you for making my sister's wedding week memorable!

Perfect Celebration Destination!

We wanted a special place to celebrate my MIL's 75th birthday, and this was exactly what we were looking for! The art deco vibes made it feel fancy, but it was also cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and hanging out on the patio as well as sitting around in the living room and catching up. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate, and we found many good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Quinn communicated all the logistics clearly and checked in to make sure everything was going well (it was!). Would totally recommend this place!

Family Getaway

We celebrated Easter and birthdays with a quick stay in Salt Lake. The house was perfect for us with bedrooms and bathrokms and a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and old vinyl record player.

Stylish home and great hosts

The nicest decorated rental we’ve ever stayed at. Super clean, comfortable and upgraded bedding. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with nice appliances, cookware and towels. Hosts were very communicative. We loved the arcade games, huge tv and nice sound system. Garage parking a plus.

Stay for wedding

What a fun house! All the rooms were decorated in fun, bright colours. The space worked great for the 8 of us (parents, in laws, my husband, myself and daughter). The location to where we needed to be, for a wedding, was perfect. It was easy to get Uber's. There were some nice touches that were unexpected - there was coffee beans, a grinder, sugar and cream, tea. We were very busy with wedding things, but we were able to use the hot tub once. The cleanliness was impeccable. I would stay here again, if we are ever in the are. I highly recommend this house and its hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay! The owner checked in when we first arrived to make sure we were all set and asked if we needed anything, which was so nice. The house was super clean and comfortable. It was situated conveniently around places we were visiting while in town- we will certainly stay here again in the future!

A quick drive to many hip areas like 9&9th street and Sugar house! Loved the hot tub. Everything was pristine and well decorated. Host checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable!

Great place to stay

Lovely home. Place was perfect for group of 6 adults snowboarding trip. Hot tub fantastic but seems we had a user error and couldn’t get it hot enough on 2nd n 3rd night. Also small leak in main floor shower. Guests who are tall may want to stay upstairs as downstairs has lower ceilings. All in all, place had everything we needed. Nice to have parking available too. Would stay again.

Great stay & Great ski trip

This place is very well thought out! Everything was wonderful we cooked breakfast every AM and had everything we needed! 15 min from downtown so was an easy drive to eat dinner/enjoy the city. Close to all mountains and parking on the mountains was a breeze! We will definitely be coming back and hope to stay here again!
