The space is a mother-in-law apartment in the basement of our home and is completely separate from the rest of the home. Note that you will need to go down exterior stairs (or hill) to access the apartment.

Homeowner lives above. 1100 Sq. ft. provides lots of room to spread out, with tons of daylight. 10 foot ceilings and full walk-out provides abundant light and openness. Close to hiking and biking trails and the Bountiful Temple. Just 7 mins. to the freeway and 19 mins. to downtown Salt Lake City or the airport. Snowbasin Ski Resort is just 50 minutes to the north, with Alta, Snowbird, Park City and Deer Valley within an hour drive to the south. Close to Lagoon and South Davis Recreation Center, with a park with playground just a 1-minute walk away.

Guest access
The apartment entrance is on the west (back) of the house, basement level. Please note that you will need to go down steps or a grassy hill to access the basement apartment. Access is separate from homeowner and completely private.
