From the second and third floors, guests can enjoy delightful views of Lake Garda, while the villa is surrounded by a lush private park filled with majestic century-old trees, ensuring complete privacy and tranquillity.

The property is nestled within approximately 1,500 sqm of flat private gardens, where olive trees and magnificent century-old trees create an enchanting setting. Located in a peaceful village, the villa is an ideal starting point for scenic walks through nature while being perfectly positioned to explore the most beautiful destinations around Lake Garda.



Its generous interiors provide comfort and privacy even for large families or groups of friends travelling together. Outside, the gardens have been tastefully furnished with elegant outdoor furniture, a large dining table, a comfortable lounge area, and the beautiful private swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols.

Bedrooms: Sleeps up to 13 guests across 6 bedrooms arranged over two floors. The second floor features three double bedrooms and one bedroom with a French-size bed. Two of the double bedrooms share a large terrace with beautiful lake views. The top floor offers one double bedroom with lake views, one twin bedroom with beds convertible into a double, plus a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area.

Bathrooms: 4.5 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is one bathroom with shower, while the first floor features a guest WC. The second floor offers two spacious and bright bathrooms: one with a modern shower and one with a double vanity and bathtub. On the top floor, guests will find a large bathroom with double vanity and a whirlpool bathtub, perfect for moments of complete relaxation.

Kitchen: A secondary kitchen on the ground floor conveniently serves the outdoor dining area and terrace. The main kitchen, located on the first floor, is spacious, full of character and fully equipped with everything needed for comfortable cooking, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, hob, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, cookware, crockery and kitchen utensils.

Indoor & Outdoor Dining: The main indoor dining table, located in the principal kitchen, comfortably seats up to 12 guests. Outdoors, next to the veranda and barbecue area, a large dining table provides the perfect setting for unforgettable meals under the Lake Garda sky.

Swimming Pool: Private 8 x 3 metre swimming pool with convenient step access, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols for complete relaxation throughout the day.

Living Areas: Villa Frida offers several beautiful spaces designed for relaxation. On the ground floor, a spacious veranda overlooks the lush gardens. The first floor features a cosy reading corner and a large living room with fireplace, piano, Smart TV and bookshelves. The top floor offers a welcoming open-plan lounge with fireplace and comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing evenings together.

Garden: Approximately 1,500 sqm of completely flat private gardens featuring olive trees and magnificent century-old trees, offering exceptional privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.

Entertainment: Three HD Smart TVs with Astra Satellite.

Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

Additional Amenities: Laundry room, ironing board and iron, safe, hairdryers in every bathroom, air conditioning in all bedrooms, and table football.
