Stunning Salmon Riverfront Cabin

Summary:

Relax in nature’s embrace in this charming and relaxing cabin featuring full riverfront access to the pristine Salmon river. This new-construction cabin has 360 degree mountain and river views. You will see the idyllic Salmon River from every room in the house (except the master bathroom). Enjoy listening to the river all night from your room or one of two decks. It has a huge wrap around main floor deck with a 2nd smaller deck above off the 2nd floor loft.



The Space:

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is a “bunk room” and has two bunk beds, each with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin-sized bed up top. The "bunk room" can sleep 6 guests. Additionally, a sofa folds out into a queen-sized bed and we have the afore mentioned two blow-up twin beds and a folding cot.



This cabin is peaceful, quiet and relaxing and is situated on a dead-end private drive with unlimited parking. Perfect for large groups of up to 12 guests. It boasts a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful appliances, washer and dryer, on-demand water heater, gas fireplace, leather furniture, ductless air conditioning, and during cooler months, each room has its own in-wall cadet heater to customize to your comfort. We have thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable from room darkening blinds if you want to sleep in, plush throws, brand new comfortable beds with beautiful linens. There is a game closet with games and puzzles. The outside deck has a weber grill, corn hole, propane fire pit, zero gravity chairs, a hammock and a rope chair that hangs from deck (owner’s favorite). Take the flame Bluetooth speaker on the deck and listen to your favorite tunes while relaxing, grilling or just watching the river go by. There are two large Roku TV’s. Reliable high-speed internet through Starlink is provided. A pack-n-play is included. Pop up the tent (provided in game closet) on the top deck and throw an air mattress in and it is a beautiful place to sleep. The top deck has no stair entry (only accessed through upstairs loft) and is completely covered so you are always protected in inclement weather. The lower large deck is partially covered, so you can always enjoy shade or sun. You’ll be supported by a friendly Salmon-based manager for your needs.



Animal policy: Pets and animals are not allowed unless declared on your reservation. Dogs only are allowed; no cats. If you have a dog or dogs, you must crate them if you leave them alone in the home. Dogs must be leashed outside of the home. Pick up feces left in graveled parking areas before you leave. Do not allow the dogs on the furniture without a tarp (provided). A cleaning fee of $80 is charged for one or more pets plus a per-pet, per night fee of $25.

This property includes four security cameras mounted outside the property, one on each of the four exterior sides. Additionally, there is a noise decibel monitor mounted in the living room. The noise decibel monitor reports the sound level in decibels but does not record audio.



Guest Access:

The home is equipped with smart locks. Check-in is available 24-hours. A lock code will be sent to you the day of check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The cabin is located about 10 minutes from Williams Lake, 15 minutes from downtown Salmon, 13 minutes to Shoup Bridge, a popular launch spot, and 32 minutes to Gold Bug Hot Springs.



Other Things to Note:

Guests are required to sign Host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in.



Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



You will also be given the choice between authorising a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.Guests are required to sign Host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in.

Windows and Bugs: If you open the windows in the evening (meaning when it’s dark out), all lights in the house need to be off! There are “hatches” of tiny bugs in Salmon. Even with gnat/insect type screens, the bugs still get in. They will come from the dark into that light and you will have hundreds of bugs in the house. It is great to open the windows as it cools off in the evening and listen to the river, but all lights need to be off to keep bugs out.



Owner property not available for guest use: kayaks, ATV/4- wheeler, lawn mowers. Please do not attempt to gain access to or tamper with this equipment.
