Inside, the open-plan living area features a well-equipped kitchen with a Calor gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. The ground floor is fully accessible, offering a twin bedroom, shower room, and toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom with stunning views over the arena, a dressing room with a single bed, and a modern shower room.
