This home is best suited for 30+ night stays from December through April.



Please note: This is 1 of 2 units on property. The other unit is also a short-term vacation rental located on the ground level. If you'd like to book both units (sleeping a total of 10 people) please message us for availability :)

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

✫ A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed.



Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).



Important: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!



Laundry: There is no washer/dryer on property. The closest laundromat is Laundry Express (183 North End Blvd, Salisbury, MA) 0.9 miles away.

The good from the stay is we received a full refund from VRBO/Property Management within 3 days of our cancelling the property. Upon arrival we found the entire property very dirty, towels were in the stand up shower on the floor dirty & wet. The 2 beds were not worthy of new guests with sheets, blankets & pillows appearing as if someone had slept in beds with no preparation for new arrivals. The sponge utilized to clean the plates & utensils was very old & dirty, not to mention the plates & utensils were still in the rack next to sink area. Overall the property lacked attention to both major & minor details.

Great beach apartment!

We used to have a beach cottage near Salisbury and this is just as good as ours was. We had a great visit to Salisbury Beach and it was also nice to have Newburyport close by.

Off Season Fun

We stayed mid-October. It was quiet but the kids loved walking the beach and enjoying beach pizza. We were a brief drive from Salem and also enjoyed driving north to explore Kittery. Loved our stay and the kids are already asking when we can come back.

Great quick getaway

We were grateful to be able to stay just one night for a quick dose of beach before our daughter leaves for college. Easy walking access to the beach, loved Nancy’s Marshview Cafe, and the apartment had wonderful beach themed decor. We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay. Thank you!

A fun family get-away for all ages!

My adult daughters and I had an awesome mini vacation at the beach and loved staying at the adorably decorated Cammie Shack with its fun beach themes! The accommodations were perfect and the host/property manager was very attentive and quickly responded with any needs or questions we had. It was so great being just steps from the beach and a short walk down to Salisbury center. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Nice place close to beach

Reserved at the last minute for an extended weekend. We had a great stay. The location is convenient to the beach and “boardwalk” area. We would definitely rent this place again.
