Overlook Salida and take in the beautiful views from this lavish 2 story condo w/ balconies, hovering above the action of the downtown scene.
Retreat inside and luxuriate in this sunny, peaceful and spacious home.
The Master bedroom features coffee bar and upper balcony for early coffees and evening night caps. Both bedrooms boast en suite private bathrooms.
Also housed in our building are Sweeties Sandwich Shop and a quiet rooftop wine bar for breakfast, desert, charcuterie, and cocktails.

Shoot us a note through this platform if you need something, or if it's urgent and you don't get a response right away, feel free to text us at the number provided in the guest book. One of us is always just a few blocks away!

Enjoy the main level’s open floor plan with two more balconies, perfect for grilling or having a Happy Hour around the Fire Pit. The sandwich shop and wine bar that share our building are through several walls and a floor, so you won't hear any noise from them when you're inside the condo.
We built this condo in 2021 and spared no effort making it the sort of home we’d be proud to host friends and family in. We are excited to share it with you!
For parking convenience your space is on site, reserved and private. If you have more than one car, free public parking is available next to the condo.
There are two other condos you’ll share an entryway and stairwell with, so we’ll provide a unique code for entering from the street- which will be the same as your condo code.

Location is the BEST!
When you leave the condo you are in the Historic Downtown and Creative Arts District and steps away from restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries.
The Steam Plant Theater, Arkansas River & boat ramp (all three within sight) and Riverside Park & outdoor amphitheater are only a 1/2 block away!
Great hiking and mountain biking trails can be accessed from the condo. . We'll have info on those trails in our guestbook for you, along with info about lots of other things to do in the area.
Monarch Ski Mountain is just 20 minutes away!

We prefer to host quiet couples or very small groups. Also, we have a sleeper sofa in the living room that can be made up for your group upon request.
We do not allow parties, pets, or smoking.

There are 3 condos you share an entryway with, so we'll provide a unique code for entering from the street, which will be the same as the code to your condo.

We recommend you park for the duration of your stay and putz around town on foot or on bikes. You can rent some from Subculture Cyclery or either of the other local bike shops.

Please note that you may hear music from the bike shop next door if you have the windows open, but only during business hours.

The location of this condo can't be beat. It's steps from the river, walking distance to two grocery stores, a park and tons of shops, restaurants. The condo sits on top of a bike shop, and it was fun sitting out on the balcony listening to the music they play and watching people walk by. The fire pit off the living room balcony was a very nice touch. The entire condo was decorated beautifully, and the high ceilings made the space feel big and open. The host was very responsive to the questions/comments I had. We would definitely stay again.

Words can't fully express how perfect this place is. She She's just checked off all the boxes and the hosts Jess and Lanette were there if needed but this place had it all. Stayed through Christmas and it was just awesome! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay during our family vacation!

Ski Trip to Monarch

We took a short family ski trip to Monarch and stayed at this fabulous place in Salida. We were within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Great parking place in the back. The place is spacious and roomy. We loved our time there and hope to get back!

We stayed for seven days in September. The condo was even better than the pictures. The host was super responsive. We love the location, and the three decks. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We use the outdoor grill in the fire pit, which was most fun.

Great Location… art clean

This property is located in the heart of downtown. A short walk to restaurants, shops and the river. Very clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to work with and checked in on us upon arrival and during our stay to make sure we were happy and see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again. Loved this Condo!!!

What amazing an amazing spot to stay, for so many reasons. The Condo is absolute perfection. Close to the river for a lovely morning walk, and of course the bakery; I think it was called Sweeties...Coming home each evening after a long day was delightful and relaxing. Not a single amenity missing : ) We would love to stay again, every time we visit our family in Poncha Springs!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at She’s She in Salida, CO, and it exceeded all expectations! The space was immaculately clean, which made it feel so welcoming. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful. I loved the dedicated parking, which made coming and going a breeze. Pre-Thankgiving weekend

This is my second stay at She She's. The location and property are excellent. Management is top notch. Two small pints: The light fixture and fan in the living room are a mystery to operate. The master bed is very soft, while the bed in the second bedroom is more firm. Choices for all. I would certainly return to any of StayinSalida properties.

It's the big picture coupled with the the small details that make She She's Downtown so special. It's perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Salida. Every nuance, down to the well-appointed kitchen, the green ethos and the comfy beds and pillows make it the perfect gathering spot for family....and sisters and brothers of other mothers, to celebrate, relax, recreate and renew. Big love to our hostess and host for creating this enclave for memorable, magical times shared with cherished peeps.

So great!

When we come to Salida we normally stay in a building just East of She She's Downtown, but we wanted to try something different since we wouldn't have our kids with us. She She's was great! It was a good mix of modern and comfort. We loved the balconies and all the windows. It was well stocked and very clean. The location is fantastic, being so close to the river and all the downtown happenings. The only downside is the bike rental/repair business just below the balcony... it was a little noisy sometimes and not super private. But otherwise we really had no complaints. We would be glad to stay here again!

Beautiful apartment right in the heart of downtown Salida. Once parked you can walk to whatever activity you want to partake of here in town. The unit is modern, clean, comfortable. The kitchen has everything you'll need. The beds (the most important thing for me on vacation rentals) are very comfortable. We had a great time here. Jess is fantastic. Heck... even the guys at the bike shop downstairs a helpful beyond belief. Just a really great place. Highly recommended. And for those of you that do a lot of vacation rentals... the photos don't oversell the place. I really like to be able to pick out a spot online and have it be what is represented. She She's exactly that.
