The apartment boasts a corner plot with floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view overlooking the canal and an on-site gym and laundry service. The property furnished to the highest standard for a comfortable stay with a tram stop just outside with excellent transport links to explore all Manchester has to offer.

Guests have access to the whole apartment. 24/7 check in via key safe, and access to the apartment is via the main door to the apartment building. Access codes will be provided before your check in. Both lift and stairs access are available.
Paid parking is available off site and there is also free parking spaces available on the weekends, please check local signage for further details.

The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.
Mid stay cleaning is available, please enquire for prices and book at least 24 hours in advance. Please note if you stay for longer than 1 month we would request at least one clean per month.
