We had booked to stay here and check in at 4pm. By 6pm we still had no check in details despite attempting to contact the host on multiple occasions. None of the customer services team could help only advised they would get back to us which they never did. We asked for a refund by 8pm as we needed to find alternative accommodation and were told we’ve got to wait an hour for the host to see if they contact before we can start a refund process. We ended up booking a hotel which cost a significant amount more than our original booking as it was last minute on a busy weekend so prices were higher than usual. They emailed me a couple of days after we were supposed to check out of the apartment we never checked into to make sure we got in okay and had non further issues. After an agonising phone call with customer service yet again we finally got a refund processed and we shall see if this comes through the bank in the next few days. We are now a couple of hundred pounds out of pocket after finding a last minute hotel room but happy knowing we won’t have to have anything more to do with this company
