This bright apartment of 65 sqm on the first floor of a six-story building with an elevator is ideal for six people and features every comfort to ensure a relaxing stay. Located just 200 meters from the beach, it is in the eastern part of Salerno, in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood with shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Nature lovers can reach Mercatello Park in less than 10 minutes on foot, while Mercatello Station is just 5 minutes away.

The interior is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, TV, split air conditioning, and balcony access;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kettle, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, split air conditioning, and balcony access;

- BEDROOM II with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split air conditioning, and balcony access;

- FULL BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;

- TWO BALCONIES.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Salerno Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00

EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,

EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.

It is not possible to check-in after midnight, not even for a fee. All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in a semi-central area, just 5 minutes walk from Mercatello-Mariconda station, in a zone full of all the comforts you need during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance.

Once reached the center by public transport or by car, it is possible to admire the still intact medieval old town, numerous churches, stroll along the seafront and in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main commercial street of the city.

Once in Piazza Alfano I it is possible to visit the Duomo of Salerno, a simple and essential structure externally enriched with decorations and details as you approach the crypt containing the remains of San Matteo, the most important place in the structure.

Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets of Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, an evocative and ancient road that crosses the entire old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a seventeenth-century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.

The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the main Garden of the city, home to various events throughout the year such as the traditional Mostra di Minerva in April and the renowned Luci d'Artista event during the Christmas period, during the which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden.

Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, it is worth mentioning Arechi Castle, overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli.

- From Salerno airport - Costa d'Amalfi: with the Salerno Airlink service to the Central Station and from there with a regional train to the final stop Mercatello-Mariconda, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

- From Naples airport: with the Alibus line you can easily reach Naples Central Station, where you can take the train (high speed or intercity/regional) to Salerno station and then reach the apartment with the regional train to the final stop Mercatello-Mariconda, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

- From Salerno station: with a regional train to Mercatello-Mariconda station (400 meters from the accommodation) or bus line 011 with the final stop Mercatello (Mons. Grasso), 200m from the accommodation.

- By car: on-street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, you can park for a fee at Via Trento, 92 Garage 350 meters away or at Gran Garage Fabiola, in Via Ludovico Ametrano 17, a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
