This spacious luxury holiday home makes a perfect family or friends stay, with light airy bedrooms, high ceilings and lots of space for entertaining or relaxing. Stroll into town to explore everything pretty Salcombe has to offer and have the luxury of a lovely large home to return to at the end of your busy day.

The first floor opens into a large hallway perfect for storing boat shoes, dog leads and beach gear. Off the hallway is the spacious Master Bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and oodles of wardrobe space. To breathe in that gentle sea breeze you can throw open the double doors onto the pretty Juliet balcony with your morning coffee.

From the hallway you enter the bright and open plan living area where you will find a fantastically well equipped contemporary kitchen, a dining area perfect for family suppers or relaxing breakfasts, the open plan lounge area with comfortable seating caters for all the family with a Flatscreen TV and glass doors leading onto a glorious wraparound decking area. This is a blissful sun-drenched spot for an evening tipple watching the sun go down. The deck has seating for 10 and a barbecue for you to enjoy those summer evenings searing that fresh Salcombe seafood with family and friends under the starry skies.

Head downstairs to the second floor there are four more gorgeous bedrooms including a king size room with an en suite shower and a private outdoor patio area for reading that long awaited holiday novel, a twin room for adults or children, a bunk room and yet another king size bedroom with en suite.

The family bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower is perfect for all those sandy toes after a busy day on the beach. If you need to catch up on your favourite movie and want some space, escape to the snug with its own Flat screen TV, large window and snuggly beanbag seating.

Parking for two cars is so convenient at the bottom of the steps with an EV charger to hand. For luggage and drop off's you may be able to use the front door roadside with just a few steps down.

Please note that there are about 50 steps up to the property from the parking space.
