The Cottage is set at the end of quiet cul-de-sac, beside a pretty orchard, just a short walk uphill from the vibrant waterside Island Street, and close to the boat park and Batson Creek. It sits in a quiet spot, in an elevated position with sweeping views of Salcombe and the estuary, but very close to the centre of town. With a private parking space on the driveway and another on the shared parking area, this light, sunny and spacious house is a great base to explore the delights of the area. . The property is accessed via 16 steps through the garden and patio to the front door.

Upon entering the property, you will find a bright, spacious and sunny double height entrance hall. Head into the kitchen/dining/family room, a sun filled, open plan space for entertaining, or relaxing in the open plan snug area; a comfortable, south facing family area with TV. A ground floor shower room, refitted in 2023, is perfect for washing off your sandy toes after a day paddling in the blue waters of North or South Sands Beach. Retreat upstairs to the first floor living room and enjoy the wonderful views of the estuary from your armchair, share stories of your day or join together for a film or games.
