Apartment on the 3rd floor with stunning views of the Aure valley, 5 minutes walk from the center of the village.
Housing fully equipped and recently renovated. Wireless. 4K TV. Dishwasher. Oven. Closed bedroom with door. Open kitchen.
Free parking in the residence.
Following several requests, I specify that the apartment is not in Pla d'Adet (20 min by car). There is a free bus that passes by the apartment every 20/30min to drop you off at the cable car (10min walk/900m).
The space
Relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking and the often sunny 8m2 balcony.
Distance from the cable cars on foot: 900m. Stop "Tennis" line 2.
Apartment well arranged and equipped. Pass hatch with large opening that allows you to stay connected from the kitchen. Everything to have a good time and enjoy the valley.
No neighbors above, which also offers a clear view from the balcony with orientation on the upper valley (South / East / West). Nice view from the kitchen on the North too. When the sun shines through the apartment, what fun and the possibility of sunbathing on the terrace even in the middle of winter!
Travel cot and booster seat available.
Throws of sofas and pillowcases of the cushions of the sofa changed with each hiring.
Collective heating operating only during the opening of the ski resort but 3 auxiliary electric heaters are available if cool half-season. Extra blankets if really chilly.
A company comes at each end of rental to check everything.
A list of tasks to be done for the cleaning will be sent to you, as well as the instructions for use and instructions for arriving at the apartment. There are also some tourist tips. Once booked, I ask for your email to send you this document.
If problem, please call me (no SMS or email). I move if big emergency (1h30 by car).
Guest access
You will have access to the cellar to store your skis/snows/snowshoes etc.
No access to the fireplace. Sorry but for question of insurance and safety I condemned it.
Other things to note
I speak french/english/spanish and some portuguese.
Provide your sheets / towels -> COVID.
Products for cleaning on departure provided. Disinfectant available.
If the cleaning is taken over by the concierge, you will be asked for compensation with a supporting invoice.
