You’ll have full access to both homes and the shared 10-acre farm property, including private patios, balconies, outdoor seating areas, walking trails through fenced woods, and a cozy fire pit (please check local burn ban updates).

There’s a large driveway with ample parking, and check-in is easy via a charming purple rock path making it an ideal stay for remote workers, traveling families, and group getaways.

We have a caretaker who visits three times a week to tend to the animals. Lawn maintenance is scheduled weekly during mowing season, typically on Thursdays around 10 AM.

✔ We provide enough toilet paper for 2 days and one laundry pod—Nocona is 6 miles away for additional basics

✔ The property uses well water with an electric water heater, which may cause a smell. Leaving the bathroom door open and the fan on helps

✔ Waste bags are provided under the kitchen cabinet, please notify us of any accidents

✔ The property runs on an old septic system, please follow posted guidelines to prevent issues
