Wash the day away in our new outdoor solar shower surrounded with bamboo and palms. Golf cart available for extra fee. Steps to private community pool & jet tub! Manual Bikes & Kayaks included. Neighborhood Highlights-

What’s not to love about Pine Island? Our place is the perfect getaway with gulf access canal in our backyard, a dock, a great pool and jet tub! Plenty of room to stretch out and not be on top of one another in this home. Ability to rent the golf cart right at the house is a bonus! Please contact host for more info. You will see adorable manatees while sitting at our dock - enjoy!

You will see Biking, golf carts and electric bikes around the Island. Many people are out walking. Our entire island has a 16 mile wide bike path that extends from tip to tip. Parking is right in front of our garage.
House is on a cul-de-sac which makes for a wonderful and safe street! We also have a private boat/kayak launch right on our street which makes it super easy.

You will feel like you are in a different world once you enter Pine Island. Laid back, calm and quiet. Numerous waterfront restaurants with live music all the time. Cute Island of Matlacha is right down the street, fun shops, places to eat, to explore and an old Florida vibe. If you want a lot more action it's only a short boat ride or drive away. Pine Island has several breathtaking Piers and sandy spots to put your feet in the water. Numerous spots to launch throughout the Island if you didn't want to use the one by the house or wanted to explore other areas. In the center there is a nice park with another community pool with fun slides and a diving board. This pool is heated! Our neighborhood has canal access, boat launch (right on our street!!), heated pool with jet tub, shuffleboard, club house activities for guests...what more can you want?

COOL Stuff-
*We have no traffic lights on the entire island
*There are numerous food trucks throughout the island which are so fun!
*Right next to our community every Thursday afternoon in the church parking lot (in season, usually starts Jan 1st) there is an amazing Farmers Market with fresh fruits, veggies and specials! Check it out!

Kids and Family Friendly- I have lots of pool toys/floats, balls, bikes, umbrella stroller, a high chair, kids books, puddle jumpers, outdoor chalk, sand toys for the beach, boogie boards, fishing rods, beach umbrella, beach chairs, life jackets, a beach cart, frisbee, kickball, cards, games, books, bocce, a cooler, Amazon Alexa for music and checking tides, some snorkel gear and much more!

*2 single seat kayaks and 4 manual bikes free for you to use as well! One kids bike too.

Our beautiful beaches are easy & quick to get to by BOAT/JET SKI or we have small options on the Island. ***** Thank you!

Beaches by BOAT - To get to big beaches you can boat out to numerous gorgeous ones right from our dock, take a charter/or take the ferry on the Island. The ferry is not far from our house. Gulf of Mexico is literally moments away when you leave the canal! Think about the water playground out there! We are surrounded by 6 or more beautiful island beaches that you will fall in love with! To name a few we are right next to by boat Captiva, North Captiva, Sanibel, Boca Grande, Cayo Costa, Turner Beach, Bowman Beach, Fort Myers Beach etc...

If you don’t want to boat and want to stay on the island -there are 2 very small and quiet beaches on our island. One (tropical point park) is an easy walk/bike ride to. Pineland Monument park is also very small and peaceful. Also Matlacha offers another small spot, more so for kayak/boat launch at Matlacha Community Park.

Off island Beaches by CAR - Bigger beaches like Fort Myers Beach is about 40ish minutes away by car depending on traffic. Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach about 20ish by car. You can also drive to Captiva & Sanibel Island! Sanibel is about an hour drive from our house and Captiva is only a bit further. Nothing like these Islands!
