The Space:

527 Sunsuite is an efficiency unit located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Fitness Center, and Retail Shops. This 2nd-floor, poolside studio layout is perfect for visitors interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities and is within walking distance of the beach. This unit features a walk-in shower, an open floor plan, a kitchenette, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a convection microwave oven, a flat-screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa.



This unit is dog-friendly with a $125 pet fee, so bring your four-legged kid with you to enjoy a game of fetch on the beach! Daily rentals are open year-round, and it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island offers a wide variety of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.



Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is home to many whitetail deer and other wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Also included in your rental are up to 4 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
