**Kitchen**

Full open kitchen with all you need to enjoy your stay and make all your favorite meals. This kitchen has everything a regular size home has just tiny house style. This kitchen is modern and stylish. Bar style seating in dinning room with fold out table to accommodate more seating. There is a BBQ and patio table set outside to enjoy your meals in the heart of nature.

Comfortable living room with couch and tv to relax in the evenings. Stylish décor makes it warm and welcoming.

**Bathrooms**

You`ll find 3 Piece bathroom with a washer-dryer combo. Towels, shampoo, soap, shower gel, and toilet paper are all provided.

**Bedrooms**

These bedrooms are unique and so cozy. One room has a comfy queen size bed w/ tv and is private with spectacular views no matter where you look. There are other areas with 1 queen bed and plenty of storage. There is a bright loft room with a queen bed and cute windows to enjoy the views.

**Outdoor space**

Enjoy the outdoor space with a patio set and BBQ or sit by the outdoor firepit with your favorite wine and people. This outdoor space is backed by a beautiful forest and looks out to mountain and lake views. This space is sure to impress.

We offer the convenience of self-check-in. While you may have the unit to yourselves, you won’t be alone should you need assistance. Guest Services are available 24/7. Give us a call or text if you need anything. :)

Lake Pend Oreille has plenty of parks, boat launches, picnic sites and other attractions and facilities. Major parks are Farragut State Park, at the very southern tip of the lake; Whiskey Rock, a Forest Service fee-free campground on the fairly inaccessible southeastern shore; Garfield Bay, a county park and campground; Springy Point, operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; City Beach, with excellent beaches, ball courts, playgrounds and more in downtown Sandpoint; Trestle Creek, with a boat ramp, beach and picnic facilities; and Sam Owen Campground and Park, a wonderful 65-acre site on the Hope Peninsula. And there are others, as well!

- 22 min drive to Round Lake State Park.
- 35 min drive to Maiden Rock Trail.
- 26 min drive to Sandpoint.

You will need a vehicle to get to the area. There is no public transportation. If you want to have more fun, you can rent ATV vehicles nearby :)

Since it`s Winter Season and the Tiny Home is located in the mountains, we strongly advise the use of winter tires to provide better footing in snow and rain and greater control behind the wheel. :)

- PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.

-The 7th guest can sleep on the couch.

- Please note that outdoor space and some other amenities are shared.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 7 guests. Unregistered guest/s is strictly not allowed.

8. PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500 (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails.

10. Please check your belongings before you leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
