Welcome to your peaceful retreat in Carmichael! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is perfect for families, work trips, or small group getaways. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street in a well-established neighborhood, the home offers comfort, space, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. Pool is not heated.
This recently renovated home features a fresh and inviting interior with updated flooring, modern fixtures, and new appliances. The open layout includes a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with tile countertops and a pantry cabinet. Outside, enjoy the private in-ground pool, a fully fenced backyard, and plenty of space to relax and unwind under the California sun.
There are four well-appointed bedrooms designed for comfort. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom. A second queen bedroom and two additional rooms with full-size beds provide flexibility for families or groups. With three full bathrooms, everyone has the space and privacy they need.
Located on a quiet residential street in Carmichael, this home is just a short walk from local grocery stores and restaurants. Youâre also only 5 minutes from the American River Parkway and 20 minutes from downtown Sacramento. The property is part of the San Juan Unified School District, making it a convenient and family-friendly choice.
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, and laundry room. The backyard and in-ground pool are exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay. Youâll also have access to the attached garage where you can park 2 cars and driveway parking. Entry is self-check-in via a secure smart lock, allowing for a smooth and flexible arrival.

Please note that the pool is not heated. Outdoor security cameras may be in use for safety purposes. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties or events are not allowed. The property offers driveway and garage parking. Inside, you`ll find a washer and dryer, central A/C, and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable.
If you`re bringing a pet, please note there is a $100 pet fee per pet.
The pool is serviced every Wednesday and the technician will enter the yard unannounced. The landscaper comes weekly but on different days, and will also enter the back yard.
No Parties / Unregistered Guests
Parties are strictly prohibited. A $1,000 violation fee will be charged for any party, plus additional cleaning fees as necessary. Violators will be required to vacate the property immediately.
Please note that the pool service technician comes early Wednesday mornings. He may enter the backyard without prior notice to complete routine maintenance.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM â 8:00 AM
Please refrain from gatherings or outdoor noise after 10 PM in respect of our neighbors. A $500/night fee may apply for violations.
Number of Guests
There will be a fee of $50 for each guest over 8 unless previously discussed with us, even if the person does not stay the night. This is in place to help prevent unauthorized gatherings.
Parking
Guests can park 2 cars in the garage and driveway parking is also available. A garage door opener is provided for your convenience. Please return it to the snack tray on the dining table before checkout. A $100 charge will apply if itâs missing.
Trash Removal
Place trash cans on the curb Monday evening for Tuesday morning pickup. Return them to the right side of the house on Monday afternoon.
Check-Out
Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. A late checkout fee of $100 per hour applies unless previously arranged. Please let us know your planned checkout time so we can coordinate with housekeeping.
Before leaving, please do the dishes, gather used towels, start a load in the washing machine, and take out the trash. This helps us keep cleaning costs down. Please leave the home in the condition you found it.
Restrooms
Only flush toilet paper down the toilets. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, or any other items.
Smoking
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of cigarettes or marijuana inside the house will result in a $500 charge.
Candles
Candles are not allowed in the home due to fire hazard risks.
Damage
We understand accidents happen. Please notify us if anything is broken so we can repair or replace it promptly. A stain remover is available under the kitchen sink for use on carpets and bedding.
Pets
Pets are allowed with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet (maximum of 2 pets). Please notify us in advance if youâre bringing pets. All pets must be fully potty trained and must not track mud or dirt into the home. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds. Keep unused bedroom doors closed. Pets must not be left unattended at the home and are not allowed in the pool. An additional $200 fee will be charged for any animal waste left on the property.
Longer Stays
For stays over 30 days, a mandatory cleaning service is required at the guest`s expense to help maintain the home. The cleaning fee will be invoiced during your stay.
Lost Items
Please check carefully before departing. Unfortunately, we are unable to package and ship left-behind items.
Cameras
A Ring video doorbell and driveway camera are installed for safety purposes.
Utilities
Please turn off lights and the AC/heating when youâre not in the home to conserve energy.
Do Not Unplug Devices
Please do not unplug any devices in the home. Certain items control the smart lock, doorbell, internet, and lighting. Unplugging them can affect access for future guestsâor lock you out.
