This apartment includes one bedroom with a very comfortable KING sized bed! We also offer a roller bed for the living room with extra blankets and pillows provided, as well as a large couch that sleeps one person.

There is a 2 bedroom unit attached above which is also rented on a short term basis and has a separate and private entrance.

You can feel completely comfortable in this home getting your work done remotely. The kitchen has enough room to make a workspace.

■ Check in time is AFTER 4pm and checkout is BY 11am. We are pretty flexible if you ASK US IN ADVANCE.

■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

■ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.

■ Checkout is 11am, which gives us enough time to have the home properly cleaned and sanitized before the next guest arrives. If a guest requests late checkout, the maximum checkout time we can provide is 1pm. However, the guest will incur a charge of $20 per extra hour after 11am.
Please be respectful of our neighbors/guests above you by adhering to quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Be sure to turn off grill and fire pit after use.

Please DO NOT smoke in property or $250 smoking fee will be charged.

Please return laminated parking passes inside welcome binder. A fee may be charged if taken.

Regarding alteration requests: If you make an alteration request to shorten your staying DURING your stay, you will be responsible to pay for 50% of the original remaining days
