Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Sacramento. This charming property boasts 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and 1 with a queen bed. With amenities like heating, WiFi, and a washing up machine, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Fall in love with Sacramento and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking right in front of the home (parking permits are provided).

Plenty of things to do around the area, including a park in walking distance, the State Capitol Museum, Old Sac, Farmer's Markets, dining, shopping and more! Don't forget to take advantage of what this town has to offer during winter time, including an ice skating rink and a special lights ceremony.

■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.

■ Checkout is 11am, which gives us enough time to have the home properly cleaned and sanitized before the next guest arrives. If a guest requests late checkout, the maximum checkout time we can provide is 1pm.

Bought a broom for the house, dishes are clean, sweep the leaves in from annd along the side of the house, and appreciate the amenities. Coffee was excellent. Thank You for the hospitality again

Quiet and convenient

The property was just what we needed. It was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Many things were within walking distance for food, the convention center, and such. Off street parking was a huge plus. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean & comfortable in downtown Sacramento

This duplex unit is very convenient to anything in downtown Sacramento. It has been redone on the inside, making it comfortable, with nice decor, and is very clean. It is well-appointed and would serve nicely for a longer-term stay - we were there for a weekend and did not find anything missing. The extra half bath makes it very comfortable for even four or five people.The unit is the lower one in and up-and-down duplex. There are stairs to get up to the unit level - the ground level of the building appears to be storage.The location is transitional but not at all unsafe. There is convenient parking out back in a yard enclosed with a fence and gate, or on the street in front if you prefer. The back could use some surfacing at the bottom of the stairs leading to the covered back door entrance; it can get muddy in wet weather.The only issue we noticed is that the sound insulation between the units is not good - if there are people in the unit above you will hear them walking around.The AC and heating (individual units in bedrooms and living room, plus additional unit in living room) work well, though it can take some time to retain heat. Space heater and a small fan are in the closets for additional use. We used the space heater in the bathroom, which worked really well.Kitchen has most utensils - we did not cook, but it appears you would have what you need for that. There is a small corner grocery on the same block, convenient for quick needs. Would stay here again.

Cute and cozy

The house was updated pretty well. Good location to walk to many cool restaurants and bats. Heaters were a little loud and no instructions in the home yet. But all in all it was a great place.wak
