This wonderfully relaxing home is situated in the heart of Midtown Sacramento. Our apartment is railroad style which includes one bedroom with a very comfortable QUEEN sized bed! **Note: railroad style = to access the kitchen and bathroom, you will need to walk through the bedroom. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa with extra blankets and pillows provided.

Our home also features a dedicated workspace where comfort meets productivity for our remote workers.

Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking in the driveway.

There are plenty of things to do around the area, including many things within walking distance such as the best Midtown Bars and Restaurants, the State Capitol, family friendly parks, dining, shopping and more! Don't forget to take advantage of what this town has to offer during winter time, including an ice skating rink and a special lights ceremony.

■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

■ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.

Entire space is yours. Please make yourself at home! :) The laundry room and backyard is shared between the other guests in the duplex.
