"Long and slow line to check in - consider having more reception staff for a hotel of this size. Room was small but satisfactory. Pay attention to type of room you are booking to avoid paying extra costs. We booked a triple room thinking it was for 3 people, but it was a triple room booked for 2 people , and had to pay an extra âŹ90 for the third person."
