“Frio Verde” is conveniently located just a short distance from the Frio River and near the activities all along River Road. This 3 bedrooms/2 baths cabin has all the amenities needed to make your stay in Concan perfect! Expand your meals and activities to the large, covered front porch or the side yard for BBQ and a game of horseshoes. You certainly have a great outdoor space around the cabin to enjoy your family time.

There is privacy and seclusion at Frio Verde even though you are just a few minutes from The Club @ Concan and the House Pasture restaurant and music entertainment! But most important, the Frio River is within walking distance with private river access that is associated with the Cypress Bend homeowners' area. Make your plans to come in the summer season or a more quiet time of year… Frio Verde is a great place to make your Frio memories.

PET FEES: This rental requires a pet fee of $25/day for each pet. All pets must be kept in a kennel when left behind at the property and leashed when outside. Pet fee will be collected after booking confirmation.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

WHAT TO BRING

LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcase pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
