Modern Farmhouse (Lower Floor only) with Hot Tub and Games Room

This modern 3800 sq/ft farmhouse is situated on a 7.5 acres Berry Farm in Central Saanich and farm is tucked away behind the trees offers guests a private setting. However, to allow for smaller family stays, we have closed off the upstairs floor and adjusted our nightly rates making the lower level now 2100 sq/ft for guest use. Guests can only use the lower floor in this booking. On the lower floor you will find: 1.5 bathrooms, 1 massive King bedroom with a private seating area to read your favorite book by the double-sided gas fireplace, private ensuite leading to his/her closets and separate vanity sinks, soaker tub, and 2 person shower, enclosed private bathroom stall. Because there is only one bedroom on the lower floor, a futon has been provided in the Rec/Games room which sleeps 1-2 people. There is plenty of parking on the property for up to 8-10 cars.

Kick back and relax in this beautiful home that features 10 person dining, a massive kitchen island that seats 10 people, along with another bar that seats 4 people, living room area seats about 20-30 people. And there is a quiet area at the entry to work from home at a 4 person HIGH table. There is also a couch bench behind the couch for additional seating. There is a 6 person Cal Spa Tropical 2023 hot tub features 36 jets, changing lights, easy cool/heat up, with outdoor shower, outdoor dining area, umbrella, barbecue and in the spring/summer/fall, a large 20 foot gazebo with additional patio furniture and propane fire pit, solar lighting all along the property, basketball hoop, some outdoor games, plenty of indoor games, kids’ pool and eventually a swing/slide set adventure playground.

ADDITIONAL ROOM RENTAL COSTS – Flexible room Bookings available.
If you require an additional bedroom (upstairs), an additional fee of $200 per night will be charged, under the condition that these other bedrooms be left undisturbed. We can accommodate special requests for additional room rentals. Upstairs we also have a Kids’ PLAY Room is which is connected to their bedroom. The Kids’ room sleeps 5 people. Renting this room will be an additional $300 per night. The kids’ PLAY ROOM is connected to their bedroom and is a small area for kids to pay games in on the fluffy soft carpet. Presently our Kids’ Play Room has a kids’ play kitchen, a table that can be folded away, a bench, and games with markers/pencils/pencil crayons and wax crayons. Kids' Rm lamps act as charging stations for their devices and the small lava lamps can be charged and are cordless and movable. Search “Seabrook Farmhouse” to find our WHOLE House pics. We are always willing to work with our guests. UPON REQUEST, If, you have very young children, we provide a crib, high chair/s and possibly a gate.

OTHER AMENTITIES:
The Rec Room features many amenities such as a pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, and 3 arcades. Additional games can be found on the laundry room shelf which is right off the Rec Room. We are still looking for the right wall art to decorate the Rec Room. The futon in Rec Room can also be used as a bed and sleeps 2 people. Additional bedding/pillows can also be found on the laundry room shelf.

The farmhouse is 3-5 minutes to Butterfly World & Butchart Gardens. Downtown Victoria, ferries and Thetis Lake are all 20 min. Away. Airport, Mayfair Mall and Uptown Mall are all 10-15 min away. This location is very Central to everything. Elk Lake is 5 min away.

Gobind Farms, is 2 minutes and they have the best FRESHEST LOCAL berries, fruit and vegetables in town. It is the largest berry farm on the island. They also sell ice cream, pastries made from their berries such as pies and crumbles. They feature all sorts of products such as 66% less sugar jams and syrups. In the laundry room freezer we have from our family farm: complimentary Russian garlic for guest to use while cooking during their stay and a variety of frozen berries $8.50 per bag for purchase. Please also note that not all of our patio furniture has arrived due to supply chain issues, we are waiting just like everyone else and are making do with what we have. Brand new patio furniture is expected to arrive by June. Thanks for your understanding.
