Welcome to our modern 3100 sq ft farmhouse set on 7.5 private acres in Saanichton, just off Stelly’s Cross Road near Brentwood Bay — yet is only 20 min to DT Victoria. Surrounded by trees & valley views, the home is situated at the end of the street & offers a private & peaceful farm setting, open space that is very spacious where guests will not feel on top of each other. Satnam’s berry farm is tucked behind the trees; in season, berry pickers harvest fresh berries, adding charm to the countryside feel & is non-obtrusive. The farmhouse sits on a quiet berry farm property with wide open yards, scenic walking areas, & plenty of parking.

It is ideal for multi-generational families, retreats, groups, & a great space for business meetings looking for space, comfort, & a relaxed setting.

To accommodate different budgets of families wanting to book this fabulous massive property, we offer 3 DIFFERENT booking pkgs. This listing is the 4 Bedroom Listing which means it does NOT include: the Games Room & Master King Ensuite -- & will be locked off. (Hence, 2 rooms from this listing will be locked off). - 3 Spacious Queen Bedrooms (upstairs) – one of the Queen bedrooms has their own Full private bathroom, each w/ Smart TVs. We refer to them by their cushion colours (Teal Room, Green Room & Pink Room). Teal Room has their own private bathroom ensuite.
- 1 Spacious Bedroom with 5 Single Beds (We refer to as the Kids’ Room) w/ NO TV
- Connected Kids’ Playroom with some board games, some books, child kitchenette with tea cups & child cookware
- 1 Full Main Bathroom – upstairs in hallway
- 1 Powder Bathroom (1/2 bath) – main level off of Living Room
- Optional Add-on – Kids’ Playroom can also sleep 2 more people (requires special request). & extra $50 per person (max 2 ppl). The Playroom is small & does not have any windows.
