Summary:
Welcome to "Snug Seaside", Rye's newest boutique rental accommodation. With 10 units on the property, all with stunning water views, across the street from the ocean, and a short walk to Wallis Sands Beach. Unit number 8 features large windows overlooking the ocean, and a recently renovated kitchen all located just minutes from the beach, downtown Portsmouth, and an hour from Boston!

The Space:
Now accepting 30+ night stays starting Nov 1st-April 30th.

PLEASE NOTE:
✫ We do allow larger parties to book multiple units at once. Please message us if you're looking to book multiple units to host a larger group.
✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
✫ Please note that all outdoor furniture is stored from November 1st - mid-May.

Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats, etc).

Important - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

The Neighborhood:
The Town of Rye, New Hampshire is located on the Atlantic Coast, a one hour drive by car from Boston, Massachusetts; Portland, Maine or the foothills of New Hampshire's White Mountains. Although Rye has a total area of 35.5 square miles, 64.45% of it (22.9 square miles) is wetland or marsh. The Town of Rye has the longest stretch of coastline of any New Hampshire coastal town and also contains four of the nine islands known as the Isles of Shoals which lie approximately ten miles off the Rye shores. Rye is known for it's beautiful unique beaches, tasty seafood, plenty of coastal fun and is ideally sandwiched between Hampton to it's south and Portsmouth to it's north.

Getting Around:
This property is walking distance to the beach. A car is needed to get to the property.

Amazing view and location

My Mom and I stayed here when we had to come for a funeral. We loved the view, the shared courtyard and the proximity to the beach. The place looked just like the photos and Sean was super responsive. Although there isn't a patio there is a huge lawn with chairs and a BBQ.

Wonderful condo in beautiful location

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The view out the front window is magnificent. The condo itself is in great proximity to local beaches and restaurants, and only a short drive to Portsmouth. We will definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous place to stay. The apartment was furnished beautifully and the views were spectacular. Everything was clean and the coffee and supplies were such a nice touch. The property manager was so helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely rate it 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quick Trip

Quick Trip up the coast for a friend's celebration. There were six of us and fix just fine between the two units we booked. GREAT location and quick to get to Portsmouth for dinner reservations. Great and timely communication from the owner and would absolutely rent again. Only issue (very small), was that one of the codes to the door at check in didn't work but that was a quick call to the owner who gave us a new code to enter and we were good to go. Thanks again Sean and team for having us!

Superior view in a perfect location

My husband and I stayed here with my teenager and her friend. We woke up every morning to a breathtaking view and the sunrise woke the teens up happily as well. The cleanliness of this place was impeccable and better than all places we’ve stayed to date. Great place for peaceful walks, strolls on the beach side, and relaxation. The unit we stayed in didn’t have a designated deck (as I saw someone previous noted) however it had relaxing Adirondack chairs outside and we sat in them every night. We will come to this same spot every year and stay at any of the units. Five stars all the way. Thank you, from the whole family.

Very nicely renovated place, in a great location. Great views. Walk just across street to sit on the rocks, on the shore. Or short walk down the road to the beach. Short drive to Portsmouth, Kittery, York. Very easy check in. Quick communication. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you.
