LOCATION:
Located in the popular seaside town of Ryde with its host of vibrant shops, bars, restaurants and cafĂ©s, itâs just a short stroll down the road to the beach, where the vast stretches of sand offer you fantastic views across the Solent to Portsmouth. Here, the landmark Spinnaker Tower forms an impressive backdrop. Along the promenade, you will find tennis courts, ten pin bowling, a fun fair, canoe lake and a swimming pool, providing plenty to do within the local area. You can also enjoy the scenic coastal walks, go sailing, fishing, horse riding, golf or even go-karting, all of which are easily accessible from the property.
Ryde is known as the gateway to the island as it can be easily reached within just two hours directly from London Waterloo via train, which connects with the islandâs catamaran and hovercraft services via Portsmouth and Southsea. Mainland motorways also connect directly with car ferry ports located at nearby Fishbourne or East Cowes.

There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car.

There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.

Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
