Sleeping arrangements.
Bedroom is down stair and it has a queen size bed. Upstairs is a good size loft with a queen bed with the view outside. Loft also has a futon to sit or sleep on. Couch in the living room can be pulled out to a queen size bed.

Cooking arrangement.
Fully stocked kitchen also comes with a nice air-fryer/toaster oven for your wonderful culinary creations. There is a whole set pots and pans, knives, magic bullet blender, waffle maker, spice rack, small kitchen tools like can opener, wine opener are all included in the house. Coffee supplies and filtered coffee maker in the kitchen as well.

Heating.
Gas fireplace has a remote control to turn on and off easily. This is for ambient only for your mountain getaway. There is a wall heater to heat up the whole house with the thermostat in the hallway.

Outdoor.
The gas grill is outside by the entry door. I provide propane tank for you to grill. There is a spare tank which should be full. If you ever replace to the spare one, please let me know so I can replace the empty tank for future guests.

Entertainment.
TV in the living room is a smart TV with multiple apps. I provide Netflix, Hulu and YouTube TV which has hundreds of cable channels. You will have plenty of options to watch your favorite show.
There is a smart speaker for music.
I also have a sound system which you can connect directly to your phone for your usual favorite music.

Entire house, main level and loft.

I am usually available via Airbnb platform. My reply rate has been less than an hour and I will try to keep things this way.

The cabin is located half-way between Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead, perfectly called Arrowbear Lake. It is an unincorporated area with population about 700. With only a few hundred houses, you will find yourself in a secluded little town surrounded by tall pines. No immediate neighbors on the left and right side of the cabin.
4 miles to Snow Valley ski resort, 7.5 miles to Sky Park at Santa's village, 5 miles to Green Valley Lake, 10 miles to Lake Arrowhead and 15 miles to Big Bear Lake.

This place is a complete car dependent.

There is a small seasonal lake half mile away from the cabin.

Cancellation request within 48 hours of booking - 95% refund
Cancellation request before 60 day of check-in - 90% refund
Cancellation request between 30-60 days of check-in - 50% refund
No refund on cancellation request less than 30 days of check-in.
Damage deposit of $1000 from original payment mode may be withheld before, during or after the stay.
- Fireplace is for ambient only. Please do not leave it on all day. There is a switch next to the fireplace. Do not turn off the pilot light.
- The wall heater will heat up the house. Thermostat is on the hall-way wall to control the wall heater.
- You don’t need the code to lock the door. Just press the button on top of the keypad to lock.
- Only 2 cars fit at the parking deck. There is no space for street parking and city will not allow it either.
- No party allowed.
- No extra guest allowed other than what is listed on the reservation. Exterior security camera will do the headcount.
- Mountain communities have limited ability for trash. Leave your trash in green bins on the parking deck. Each reservation gets one 32 gallon full bin to use. Trash gets picked up every Monday. If you have a lot of leftover food and you are checking out between Tuesday and Friday, please take the leftover food away with you. Bears are very active in the community and we don't want to attract them with your leftover food smell. Your help is greatly appreciated.
