Primary bedroom:
Get restorative sleep in a king bed with high-quality memory foam mattress, premium linens and pillows. Dresser and spacious closet. Hanging chair and 43” Smart TV for unwinding. Enjoy a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with glass walk-in shower.

Guest bedroom #1:

Guest bedroom #2:

Our charming home is situated in a safe, upscale neighborhood of the charming community, Royal Palm Beach, Florida. This is one of the best neighborhoods for a relaxing, safe, and quiet getaway that’s still close to everything the Palm Beach area has to offer. You’re also just a quick drive away from West Palm Beach and the beautiful, sandy Florida shoreline.

If you’re looking for outdoor recreation, Commons Park is a must. This expansive urban park offers playgrounds, splash pads, walking trails, and picnic areas. It’s an idyllic spot for families to spend fun quality time together.

Guests will also be really close to Royal Palm Beach Pines Natural Area. Nature lovers will adore exploring the diverse ecosystems of wetlands and pine forests. This spot is great for birdwatching, hiking, and unique wildlife sightings.

The nearby Jim Brandon Equestrian Center is also a cool place to witness horse shows and special events. You can even try horseback riding lessons. This is a big equestrian region, so get involved in the local culture!

The nearest airport to our property in Royal Palm Beach is Palm Beach International Airport (PBI / KPBI), just 11 miles away.

The drive from the airport to our home takes about 25 minutes.

★ We will put a pre authorisation hold of $500 security deposit on your card on file before or during your stay.
★ Security cameras in the front of the house only.
★ Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kits.
★ Housebroken pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring your pup.
★ The Backyard is fenced, but the pool is not gated, please ensure children are under adult supervision in the pool area at all times.
★ Use of the pool/spa, hammocks, bunk bed and exercise equipment is at the guest’s own risk.
★ We ask that our guests respect the comfort of our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable.
★ No parties, smoking, or recreational drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises.
★ Guests that are not in the reservation are not permitted.
★ Be respectful of check-in and check-out time. Our cleaning team needs the full time to clean the house spotless for your stay.
★ NOTE! Refund: If you cancel within the refundable time period we`ll still be charging 5% from your total payment for processing fees.
★ The Backyard is fenced, but the pool is not gated, please ensure children are under adult supervision in the pool area at all times.
★ We ask that our guests respect the comfort of our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable.
★ No parties, smoking, or recreational drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises.
★ Please be kind to our furniture and property. Do not rearrange the furniture.
