Please note, the home is divided into two self-contained spaces that can be booked separately or together. Due to this, there may be other guests staying within the property, but your accommodation is completely private.
If the sun’s out, the spacious garden and patio are perfect for lounging or alfresco dining. It`s worth taking a short 15-minute walk to the flower-filled Jephson Gardens park- one of Leamington’s absolute gems. Keep an eye out for pop-up events and local markets that are often held there!

If you`re in the mood for a change of scenery, it`s easy to hop on public transport and explore nearby locations like historic Stratford-upon-Avon or the vibrant city of Birmingham.
We welcome well behaved pets- there’s heaps of space for them in the garden to enjoy too! A charge of £35 per pet applies to cover additional cleaning and maintenance.
Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet. Pets must be kept off furniture, not left unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**
