On the ground floor there is a third bedroom, bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room with access to a terrace with a heated pool and electrolyzed salty water. The house is surrounded by a beautifully decorated fenced yard, with a barbecue, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen under a furnished and covered terrace, for socializing and enjoying evening barbecues. The property has SAT TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, ice machine, deckchairs, outdoor shower and private parking.
