The house is super warm in winter and cool in summer and has been positioned to capture the sun into the living areas in the morning and the bedrooms in the afternoon.

This inviting space flows effortlessly onto a spacious deck, where you'll discover comfortable outdoor seating and a Weber BBQ – ideal for savoring your morning coffee or hosting memorable evening barbecues with friends. The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a walk-through wardrobe leading to a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Two features a queen bed, while Bedroom Three provides two single beds. Both bedrooms are conveniently serviced by a central bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave, and a living area with a TV. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance, free parking on the premises in the garage and on the street, and amenities such as a BBQ grill. You'll also have access to laundry facilities including a washer and dryer.

Lynmore is a charming residential neighborhood, conveniently located just 5 km from the Rotorua city center. It's a highly desirable area thanks to its proximity to the iconic Redwoods Forest, perfect for walking and biking, and the beautiful surrounding lakes. You'll find a peaceful atmosphere with easy access to Rotorua's attractions.

Getting Around:
Although we recommend having a vehicle, the property is conveniently located. If you have a bike, many attractions and amenities are within riding distance. Public transport is also readily available in the area. Free parking is available on the premises and also on the street.
