The Space:

A modern, purpose-built holiday home in the sought-after Lynmore neighbourhood, just a short walk or ride from the famous Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest. The heart of the home is a bright, open-plan living space that ties together the kitchen, dining and lounge, and flows out to a spacious deck with comfortable outdoor seating and a Weber BBQ - perfect for a morning coffee in the sun or a relaxed evening barbecue. It's a clever design, thoughtfully positioned to catch the sun in the living areas in the morning and the bedrooms in the afternoon, so it stays lovely and warm in winter and cool in summer. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-through wardrobe leading to its own ensuite, and there are two further bedrooms served by a central bathroom. It's a smart, easy base for families or a group exploring Rotorua's outdoors.

Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the whole house - all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen and living area, and the deck and garden out the back with its BBQ. There's a private entrance and free parking on the property and on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Twin Camellias sits in Lynmore, a highly sought-after residential neighbourhood on the eastern edge of Rotorua, about 5km from the city centre. It's a peaceful spot, prized for being right by the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest - perfect for walking and mountain biking - and close to the beautiful Blue and Green Lakes. You get a quiet, leafy setting with easy access to Rotorua's outdoors and attractions.



Getting Around:

You can walk or ride to the Redwoods from here, and a bike is a great way to reach many of the local trails and amenities. We recommend having a vehicle too, with free parking on the property and on the street. By car, the Redwoods are about 4 minutes away, Rotorua Airport and Blue Lake (Tikitapu) around 7, and the city centre roughly 8.



Other Things to Note:

A nice thing to know: the house has been cleverly positioned to make the most of the sun - into the living areas in the morning and the bedrooms in the afternoon - so it's beautifully warm in winter and cool in summer. The Redwoods are just a short walk or ride away, and there's a Weber BBQ on the deck for outdoor meals. WiFi is available throughout for browsing and streaming.
