Town house close to CDB

Welcome to our two story secure townhouse within walking distance to the town where you can enjoy plenty of shopping and food experiences in the nearby Food Court or the popular Eat Street. It is on a quite street with a secure single garage with internal access.

Our refreshed townhouse is ready for you to stay with full kitchen facilities. We have a washing machine available but no dryer. The laundromat is not far away situated at the Shopping Centre next to K Mart. Here there is also am Indian Takeaway, Sushi, Pita Pit, MITRE 10 amongst other stores. This is within walking distance.

On the ground floor of the Townhouse there is a Bedroom with a Queen Bed with its own bathroom across the hall with shower and toilet.

The ground floor hosts the main living area. There is a small deck for outside enjoyment with a high fence so you are totally private from the neighbors.

We have two bedrooms upstairs. Master has a Queen Bed and a full window that is mirrored to ensure full privacy for you. You can see out but no one can see in during the day. Just remember to close the curtains at night.

The third bedroom hosts two Single Beds where you can look down into the lounge through the skylight.

Both the upstairs room share a full bathroom with a shower over the bath.

All linen and towels are provided in your stay.

Our Hidden Gem sleeps up to a maximum of 6 people.

It is a shared driveway so only one car can park in the garage however there is parking on the road.

Not so good experince

Our experience with Victoria's place was disappointing. The property was not clean when we checked in, which was especially frustrating after a long flight and a tiring Hobbiton tour. Instead of enjoying a refreshing shower and dinner as planned, we had to change our plans and head straight out for dinner. Although Victoria did apologize and allowed us late check out (that we didn't needed), it didn’t alleviate the inconvenience and discomfort we endured.The towels provided were unpleasantly smelly and unusable. The air conditioning was only available downstairs, located in the living room, where it blasted cold air directly onto our faces, making it uncomfortable. Meanwhile, the upstairs rooms were unbearably hot.The only positive aspect was that the kitchen was adequately stocked, allowing us to prepare small meals.

Australian family brief stay at Rotorua

Ideal accommodation for whanau visiting from Australia as most tourist attractions close by. A very brief stay (1 day only) They will return again one day for a longer stay. Accommodation met all our needs. We couldn’t find the light switch for the led lights over the dining room table and outdoor lights - or perhaps they were not working although nothing amiss in the fuse box. Happy to recommend this accommodation to whanau or friends.

Awesome Experience

It was really easy to communicate with Property Manager(Lynelle). The accomodation was neat and clean, had all essential amenities. It was very easy to find everything in kitchen and bedrooms. We had a really wonderful time at this place with our family. Moreover Lynelle also communicated with us when left one of our stuff there and didn’t realise until she called us to inform about it. She also couriered it to our address after. Thanks Lynelle for this beautiful experience.

Good location and good sized property. Well stocked pantry and cooking/cleaning products. A bit surprised at not getting shampoo/ body wash provided but we did bring our own just in case. Property is not sound proofing. Thanks for the candies.

Not a great experience, threatened with baseball bat.

The Bookabach was acceptable but needed a refresh. Light fittings were missing their glass and the ones that were there were all rusty and needed to be replaced especially in the bathrooms. The furniture is dated and worn out and could do with replacement. The plates/bowls are old and need replacing from the black hexagon shaped to simple white tableware. The bed was comfy and clean. The towels were clean but the bathroom needed sealant replacing. Just a little too far out of the town center to walk in. Parking was a real issue. The street has plenty of parking, but parking at the side of the property as suggested resulted in the local thug next door threatening to beat us up with a baseball bat in his hand. Police had to be called out and my parents were very scared for their safety. At 6:00 in the morning, the thug next door had his martial arts training dummy out as he played loud music. In speaking to the other neighbors this guy is well-known to them for causing a disturbance. There are obviously issues with him and the property used for renting out so with regard to that would not recommend it.

Great location

Lovely stay

Really good location, good for shops, KMart just a five minute walk away with an easy use launderette and take aways. Accommodation was tidy with plenty of towels and space. Would recommend some privacy frosting sheets on the kitchen window and entrance hallway windows, other than that we had a great stay and no issues recommending to others, thanks guys

Great house, recommended

Great house for our family, 4 adults and our daughter. Close to the town centre and the hosts were very welcoming. Despite the rain we had a great couple of days in Rotorua, lots to do and the house was comfortable and spacious. Very quiet neighbourhood and price was fair.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend and come again. The beds were really comfortable and the location super handy. Warren and Lynelle were great with communication which made life very easy as it should be on holiday. This property was perfect for our young family and we hope to come back again 😃
