Relax in the spa pool at the end of the day or curl up on the couch and enjoy a movie.



The Space:

Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, conveniently separated by a full bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, ideal for guests or family members. The property also features a private carport directly in front of the entrance, ensuring easy and secure parking.



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse. This includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, a dining area, and a comfortable living space. You'll also have access to the private entrance, a garage for parking, and the backyard with outdoor seating and BBQ facilities. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washer, dryer, and wireless internet, all within the privacy of your own space.

Nestled in the charming Glenholme neighborhood of Rotorua, The Sanctuary offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to local attractions. There is a small lockable shed on the property where you can store bikes.
