The Studio offers a comfortable layout across two levels. Downstairs, you'll find an open-plan living area that combines a lounge, dining space, and a kitchenette. This level also features a bathroom and toilet for your convenience. Upstairs, the bedroom awaits, furnished with a Queen bed and a Double bed, and opens onto a sunny deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.



Guest Access:

You'll have private access to The Studio, including a dedicated parking space for one vehicle right outside. The owners live in the main house on the property, but your privacy is ensured as the living areas are separate, sharing only the driveway.

Nestled in the tranquil neighborhood of Tihiotonga, The Studio offers a peaceful escape while keeping you close to Rotorua's attractions.
