The Space:

Kowhai Views is a stylish, tidy and modern two-bedroom home, set up for an easy, premium stay. The open-plan lounge and dining area has soaring timber-lined ceilings, big windows and a heat pump, and it's a lovely, light-filled space to relax. The gourmet kitchen has a full oven, cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a Nespresso machine - everything you need to cook a proper meal - and the dining table seats six.



The master bedroom has a super-king bed, walk-in wardrobe and its own ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a built-in wardrobe, and both rooms are warm, carpeted and fitted with blackout curtains. The main bathroom has a spa bath and a separate walk-in shower. There's a small study nook off the hallway with a desk and board games, and a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer.



Out the back, a covered deck with a BBQ and outdoor table looks out over rural views, and there's a private courtyard off the lounge. The double garage gives you secure parking for two cars, and heat pumps keep the home warm throughout.

The Neighborhood:

Kowhai Views sits on a quiet, elevated street in the well-kept Pomare neighbourhood, on Rotorua's south-western side. You're close to parks, local cafés and the lakefront, with the city centre and the Polynesian Spa around 10 minutes away, and the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest and the main geothermal attractions all a short drive - a relaxed, tidy base with everything close by.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around Rotorua, and the double garage gives you secure parking for two vehicles. By car, the city centre is about 9 minutes away, the Polynesian Spa around 10, the Redwoods roughly 13, and Rotorua Airport about 17. Parks and cafés are close by.



Other Things to Note:

A few things worth knowing: the home has soaring timber-lined ceilings and big windows, so it's beautifully light and warm, with heat pumps throughout for cooler months. The main bathroom has a spa bath, and there's a study nook with a desk if you need to catch up on work. Out the back you'll find a covered deck with rural views and a private courtyard. WiFi runs at around 25 Mbps - fine for browsing and email.
