Right below the property, you'll find the Rotorua Tree Trust, a lovely 20-hectare green space with walking trails, perfect for enjoying the surroundings. The house has 3 bedrooms: Master Bedroom has a luxurious King Bed. Bedroom Two has a comfy Double Bed. Bedroom Three offers two Single Beds.

This is a lovingly renovated property in a great area of Rotorua.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house, with the exception of a portion of the basement garage which may be used by the owner. Guests will have access to storage space suitable for bikes and other items.
