Set in the charming, family-friendly suburb of Lynmore, the home offers a relaxed base just a short walk or ride from the world-renowned Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest - a haven for walkers, trail runners and mountain bikers. Local cafés, takeaways and a handy grocery store are close by, and central Rotorua with Te Puia, the lakefront hot pools and Polynesian Spa is only a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is handy for making the most of Rotorua. There is free parking on site, including a garage and driveway. From the door it is about 7 minutes to Te Puia and Rotorua Airport, 10 minutes to the lakefront and Polynesian Spa, and around 15 minutes to Skyline Gondola & Luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours. Central Rotorua is a quick drive for shops and restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

Fast WIFI throughout the home. The garage is ideal for storing bikes securely overnight, and heating is via a wood burner plus a heat pump.
