This 4 bedroom home is nestled in the quiet and really peaceful neighborhood of Rotonda West Fl. Relax at your own private pool, go to the Beach, fish or golf.

Only 11 minute drive to Englewood Beach a really cozy and family friendly environment also with many bike paths, and 15 min away from the beautiful Boca Grande Beach. Shark tooth capital of the world Venice is roughly a 30-minute drive. There are 7 golf courses all within 15 minutes.

There are a couple of parks just over 2 miles away with hiking, frisbee golf, basketball, pickleball, lap pool, etc....

Our family of seven had an amazing vacation here. We experienced a few minor hiccups, but Alicia responded within minutes and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The pool and hot tub were huge hits with our grandchildren and truly made the trip memorable. We would absolutely stay again!

Place was clean, comfortable beds, comfortable couches, rocking recliner, pool area enjoyable, perfect layout of home, plenty of seating, close the stores, close to beaches. Alicia was an excellent Hostess! There was 6 adults, and 4 babies, family came down for husbands 70 th birthday! Wonderful time, would highly recommend!

It was fully stocked with everything we needed—from toiletries to kitchen essentials and plenty of linens—which made our stay easy and stress-free.Alicia was fantastic to work with. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to help us plan our trip by recommending great restaurants, entertainment, and nearby beaches.The location was perfect—less than a 15-minute drive to Englewood Beach and under 10 minutes to Publix, which was incredibly convenient. We enjoyed the home very much! It was so spacious! The pool and hot tub was a huge success with the little ones and there was so much room for everyone I always book through VRBO this was the first one that had every amentity that we needed, including sunscreen and bug spray. This property was beautiful and pleasant to stay at. The view from the pool was nice to look at and relaxing. The only problem we had was with the door. When we would pull it shut the whole handle would come off but other than that everything was great!

We loved our stay here. The property was beautiful, the host was very accommodating, the family enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, and we really loved everything about the home. It was very clean, and spacious, and I truly don’t have any complaints. As a matter of fact we are thinking about renting again in September if we come back to Englewood with our daughter next if the place is available. We really loved our stay here.

Beautiful Florida House

Property was perfect for our stay. We loved the pool/spa and outdoor area with the TV. Kitchen was well equipped and the house had everything we needed for family vacation. The house is tucked back in a neighborhood so stores are a bit of drive, but we just planned well.

Great early summer getaway!

The property is extremely comfortable and located near plenty to do. We found a beach about 20 minutes away that had too many shells to count. Our kiddos loved the pool and the set up of the house.

The home is beautifully kept. So much room for all guests. In cooler weather the hot tub is a perfect reprieve. Alicia is a wonderful hostess and was always available to answer questions. I would stay here again!

Clean home in quite neighborhood, well stocked

We had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. Local grocery store was a close distance away for needed supplies/food. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We appreciated the generous beach supplies (5chairs, 2 shade umbrellas, cooler) when we visited local beaches. The host was kind and very responsive. We loved our stay.

Great getaway

We had a great time with our 2 families. The pool and spa area was very lovely. The tv outside was awesome. We spent most of our time out back. I would’ve only added a comfy outdoor couch. There were many kitchen supplies for us to cook meals at the house which made it feel like being at home. Our kids had a great time and it was also nine not having neighbors out back either. It kept things very private. Alicia was very accommodating and communicative. We would go back.

Everything and more

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The host has thought of everything you could need. The view from the great room across the pool to the wooded lot behind is lovely. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. We saw a gopher tortoise in the back. The linens are great and the beds very nice. We did not use the bedroom off the garage. This property is an easy drive to several beautiful beaches. We went to 5 different beaches in 5 days and found lots of shells and sharks teeth.
