Please ensure you're not more than the number of guests declared during the booking as the nightly rate is based on the number of guests. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without any refund if you have made a false declaration with respect to the number of guests. We'll always know the number of guests that check in.
Children of certain ages are not allowed but if allowed, please keep an eye on them to avoid damages. There is an unused fish pond at the rear of the property with some level of water, please keep an eye on your children to prevent them going near it.
For long term bookings from three weeks, we offer a discounted weekly or fortnightly cleaning with changeover of beddings, towels, etc to maintain the high standard of the property. In the absence of cleaning, the host or host's representative will pop over occasionally to inspect the property. This is to ensure it's being looked after properly. We humbly ask that you abide by the house rules and avoid damages to the property as they incur extra charges.
-- We operate a "FAIR USAGE" policy . As clearly stated in our listing, if you turn on the Central Heating, it will go off when it reaches 21C . DO NOT TURN THE CENTRAL HEATING ABOVE 21C!
-Windows are to be closed, lights and heating turned turned off each time you leave the house
-Shut all Windows and doors whilst central heating is on
-Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited( No smoking)
-No house parties
-No anti-social behaviour
-Keep noise down to a minimum. Noise reduced to barest minimum level. We respect our neighbours
-Entry to boiler cupboard is strictly prohibited
- Tidy up after yourselves and please use the bins outside
- No illegal activities please
-Pets are not allowed
--Do not disconnect the WIFI, thermostat or anything in the property
-Please, take off your shoes to ensure the house is clean for everyone
-You may use the towels provided, but do not damage them as you will be charged for damages
-Avoid damages to the property as that will incur extra charges
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS BEFORE DEPARTURE:
1. Take all your belongings
2. Lock all the DOORS and all the WINDOWS please
3. Turn off all lights
4. All plates, cups etc are washed and put away dry
5. Empty the kitchen bin and throw away all perishable food
6. Drop the key back through the letterbox
