The Space:
Modernly furnished 2-room flat for 2 people in a quiet, romantic fishing lane. All rooms are on the ground floor - such as an approx. 30 m² living-kitchen area, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 wardrobe. There is a seating area in the leafy inner courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table. All floors are fitted with laminate. The holiday flat is a non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed. The property is very centrally located - 2 min. to the Baltic Sea beach of Warnemünde, 4 min. to the centre, 8 min. to the train station.

The Neighborhood:
Warnemünde is a small fishing village on the Baltic Sea with numerous small shops and restaurants. The town has a small theatre, a museum, a swimming pool and a cinema. There is a seal centre in the immediate vicinity. We recommend a visit to the zoo in Rostock, a trip to Rövershagen for the farmers' market and a trip to Bad Doberan to see Doberan Minster.

Other Things to Note:
The keys are handed over using a key safe. If you have to pay a tourist tax at this accommodation, this is already included in the price of your stay. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €19 per person. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. We ask for your understanding.
