Welcome to Urban Vista!
One of the SIX new Alpine A-Frame cabins in Chattanooga Valley, Georgia. This modern and totally luxurious A-frame cabin home boasts clean and classic finishes! It's architecturally stunning and is an incredible oasis ON the bluff overlooking 180-degree views of Lookout Mtn! This 2,200 sqft 3 BR 3 BATH home boasts an open-concept floor plan with wood tongue and groove vaulted ceilings which is the perfect place to gather and enjoy the breathtaking scenery!

Our Favorite Things About This Home:
We have recently added GOATS! There are 8 total goats on the hillside below the A-Frames that guests are welcome to pet and love on during your stay. We provide a small bag of treats and grain for guests to feed them as well. Such a fun experience to add to your vacation! Not only does this home reside in a stunning location, but it is also VERY conveniently located only 12 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga! The back balcony deck is a comfortable retreat to take in the views of Lookout Mountain while gathering around the gas fire place with your family. Clean lines, deep colors, and gorgeous modern furnishings throughout surround you, providing a sense of calm and respite. Take in the phenomenal 180-degree views from the hot tub and enjoy the impressive theater room with a projector, full double bunks, and a foosball table! An added bonus is that there are smart TV's in every bedroom and there is high speed internet available with 250 MBPS. Lastly, this home is very family friendly! There is a pack n' play provided at the house, extra plasticware in the kitchen for kids, games downstairs, a stair gate on the main level and white noise machines in every bedroom!

Home Layout:
As you come in the front entryway, on the right is the laundry room, and on the left if the Queen bedroom with a Smart TV and walk-in closet. Directly across from the bedroom there is a full bathroom with a standing tile shower. As you continue down the hallway, you will find the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and instant views of the mountain scenery. Through the sliding glass doors is the back balcony deck with plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and more tongue and groove wood walls and ceilings. Up the stairs you will find a cozy King loft bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, standing shower, and closet space. Head downstairs and there is a theater room with a projector, full double bunk beds, and a foosball table! Several board games are provided. The final King bedroom is also downstairs with an ensuite bathroom and tub/shower comb. This bedroom offers glass sliding doors to capitalize on the views and through those doors is a back patio with a 6-person hot tub with more 180-degree views!

There are 4-5 adorable friendly goats that come right up to the back porch of the A-Frame down by the hot tub. You are welcome to pet them and love on them through the fence! We leave a complimentary bag of grain for our guests to feed them during your stay. Ring the bell and they will know you have grain!

Parking:
MAX amount of parking available on the asphalt pad is for 3 larger vehicles. There is no street parking since this property is on the bluff and sits right off Ridgeland Road.

Hot Tubs:
Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it's something that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us.

Lady Bugs:
You may see some lady bugs in the home. Majority of the homes in this area have them. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.

Weather and Outages:
As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

We operate under a strict cancellation policy, according to this property's cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, date changes, early departures, weather-related issues, personal circumstances, or travel disruptions of any kind.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance at checkout to protect their investment. Travel insurance is the only way to safeguard against unexpected events that may impact your ability to travel.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property- it was a bit further from downtown Chattanooga than expected, but very close to everything to do on Lookout Mountain. Many cool places to eat in St Elmo. The property had all the essentials needed for our stay.

This home was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. It was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could need. The view is spectacular and it’s just a short 15 minutes to downtown Chattanooga. Would love to come back again sometime.

Will definitely rent again!

The cabin was a great getaway! I will definitely go back. I would probably not take toddlers again only because of the stairs. Other than that, I can't think of anything negative and that isn't negative. That is just because my toddler grandsons are full of energy and love the stairs. The beds were comfy, and we had all the needed amenities. Love that is out of town and yet close to everything. I also love that the balcony is private due to the a-frame roof. You feel secluded even though there is a cabin beside you. Great vacation!

Spacious New Property

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a weekend visit at this property. The home is brand new and is exactly as depicted in the photos. The 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and ensuite bathrooms are on the basement level and the 2nd floor, so guests with difficulty managing numerous stairs will want the main level bedroom with the queen sized bed (its bathroom is across the hall, not attached to the bedroom). Property management provided thoughtful touches for those traveling with small children: safety gate on stairs leading to basement, Pack & Play, and white noise machines in each bedroom. The downstairs family room with the large sectional sofa has a large projection tv for streaming, which our group enjoyed for watching sports. Full sized bunk beds are in that room and were comfortable for adult sleeping. Location is rural, but within 20 minutes' drive of downtown Chattanooga, making it a nice choice for those visiting Chattanooga that don't want to stay within the city.

New house, amazing view and nicely furnished

Property was as advertised, A-frame houses on a ridge with great view. Within 15 mins drive of Chattanooga and nice trails. The house was practically brand new. We had a great time. Note: the house has a really nice play room with bunk beds, but we did not use it much - mainly because it still did not have a TV, but there were TVs in all three bedrooms.
