Hunters Ridge features a rustic woodsy design filled with taxidermy and was inspired to be a peaceful mountain retreat for Hunters. This very spacious 3 BR 3 BTH home easily sleeps 10! Hunters Ridge is 1 of our 6 new Alpine A-Frame cabins located on a bluff in Chattanooga Valley, GA. This A-Frame boasts phenomenal views of Lookout Mtn from every angle inside and outside of the home. With a spacious floor, vaulted ceilings + wonderful amenities, Hunters Ridge is a great place to escape to stay!

Our Favorite Things About This Home:
We have recently added GOATS! There are 8 total goats on the hillside below the A-Frames that guests are welcome to pet and love on during your stay. We provide a small bag of treats and grain for guests to feed them as well. Such a fun experience to add to your vacation! Not only does this home reside in a stunning location, but it is also VERY conveniently located only 12 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga! The back balcony deck is a comfortable retreat to take in the views of Lookout Mountain while gathering around the gas fireplace enjoying the company of your group. The gorgeous finishing touches of this home will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed! This home also features an impressive theater room with a projector and full double bunks downstairs! There is a hot tub on the lower patio with the same 180 degree mountain views. An added bonus is that there are smart TV's in every bedroom and there is high speed internet available with 250 MBPS. Lastly, this home is very family friendly! There is a pack n' play, 3 stair gates, extra plasticware in the kitchen for kids, toys and books downstairs, and white noise machines in every bedroom!

Home Layout:
As you come in the front entryway, on the right is the laundry room, and on the left if the Queen bedroom with a Smart TV and walk-in closet. Directly across from the bedroom there is a full bathroom with a standing tile shower. As you continue down the hallway, you will find the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and instant views of the mountain scenery. Through the sliding glass doors is the back balcony deck with plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and more tongue and groove wood walls and ceilings. Up the stairs you will find a cozy King loft bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, standing shower, and closet space. Head downstairs and there is a theater room with a projector, full double bunk beds, and a foosball table! Several board games are provided. The final King bedroom is also downstairs with an ensuite bathroom and tub/shower comb. This bedroom offers glass sliding doors to capitalize on the views and through those doors is a back patio with a 6-person hot tub with more 180-degree views!

There are 4-5 adorable friendly goats that come right up to the back porch of the A-Frame down by the hot tub. You are welcome to pet them and love on them through the fence! We leave a complimentary bag of grain for our guests to feed them during your stay. Ring the bell and they will know you have grain!

This is 1 of SIX Alpine A-frame Cabins! If you would like to rent more than one, please reach out to us for a discount!

Parking:
MAX amount of parking available on the asphalt pad is for 3 larger vehicles. There is no street parking since this property is on the bluff and sits right off Ridgeland Road.

Hot Tubs:
Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it's something that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us.

Lady Bugs:
You may see some lady bugs in the home. Majority of the homes in this area have them. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.

Weather and Outages!
As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

We operate under a strict cancellation policy, according to this property's cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, date changes, early departures, weather-related issues, personal circumstances, or travel disruptions of any kind.

Hunters Ridge was excellent for a weekend getaway with the wife. Loved the proximity to Chattanooga but also feeling like we were away from any city life when we were at the house. There was plenty of space and areas to relax. Would love to stay here again!

It’s a lovely property. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and a queen size bunk bed. Kitchen was setup and ready to use. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Host was responsive. It’s a rural area but nothing is too far away. Would stay again on our next visit.

Great Stay!

This place was perfect for a spring break trip for our family. We enjoyed the new property and all the amenities it had to offer. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enough seating for us to gather together for family meals and activities. The projector screen was great for watching March Madness! The property is in a good location, away from the traffic of Chattanooga but close enough to a lot of activities. I would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Amazing for our family

We had the best time! We were visiting family in Chattanooga and Apison and it was the perfect location for us. It had conveniences of shops but was the perfect secluded location with a view. Hot tub was a huge hit for our February trip. Our 5 kids ages 3 months-13 years LOVED it. Home was the perfect size.
