Hey There, We can't wait to host you during your stay. However we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our house [ we take a lot of pride in it ]
[ 1 ] The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. $50. per person a day or a violation of this could lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund.
[ 2 ] No Parties, No Loud Music, No Boisterous Behaviour.
[ 3 ] Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section
[ 4 ] Smoking cigarettes/marijuana is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $500. fee.
[ 5 ] Unless previously agreed upon host, there is a $50. late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100./ For each Hour Thereafter.
[ 6 ] If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheming conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing the discount or refund. per guest.
[ 7 ] Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for the immediate refund, this will result in a $500. penalty additional to any applicable fees.
[ 8 ] Any missing/damaging items guests are responsible to pay the cost, if any windows or doors are left opened after the guests there will be a $250. charge.
[ 9 ] Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agreed to the house rules.
